1 - 3) as to "what is now and what will take place" (1:19) why were not the members of those bad churches advised "get out of her, my people?

Babylon refers to owning - it is the basis - works - people buy and sell (their love) - you love salutations in the market places
Some of the churches were in danger of this type of thing - Awake, and strengthen what remains and is on the point of death
But as far as Babylon goes - that's the basis of it - like jwism

the average number of publishers will be around 6,500,000. .

this disease is running rampant among jehovah`s witness`s..theres not one that dosen`t have it.it seems to be contagious.my mom has it,my dad had it,my brother has it,all the jehovah`s witness`s i know have it..an incredible loss of memory,a mental deterioration that can happen instantly!..it has nothing to do with every day life memory loss,like "alzhiemer`s"..it is loss of memory about thier own religion and only affects jehovah`s witness`s..it`s "jozhiemer`s disease"..have you,or do you know anyone who has a loss of memory about their own religion because of "jozhiemer`s disease?

my mom just informed me that a 17 year old has been disfellowshipped at her hall.at least 7 others have been kicked out within the last 5 years.the publisher count is only 56 .why do they let the teens get baptized so young?
i was 14 and only got baptized because of pressure and the end was coming.if you weren't baptized you would be destroyed.. why don't they wait until everyone is at leat 21?
all these teens haven't come back and you won't ever see them unless they return.i haven't seen my cousin in over 2 years.no one went to his wedding,isn't invited to any family functions and is to be avoided at all costs.. the watchtower society should be ashamed that they act that way and the parents let them get away with it..

I think it's ridiculous how they condemn infant baptism, when what they're doing is hardly any different.
Considerably worse I would say - those baptised at infancy don't typically carry the guilt and burden of having exercised an "informed peronal decision".

on my years as a jw i have always had doubts.
i have dismissed these as me being overly critical or some such nonsense.
now i'm on my way out the door, well i"m out the door i'm just working on shutting it right now.
If they don't have these doubts, are they just stupid?
I don't mean to be derogatory but I believe yes, and I believe it begins with a basic grasp of lanuage. There are of course varying degrees - perhaps the more stupid the more haughty, as many here have been witness to.
